Basically, someone was saying that 4chan has invisible rules where every single rule ends with "unless it's funny".
This had some unfortunate implications for Global Rule 1: "You will not upload, post, discuss, request, or link to anything that violates local or United States law." - unless it's funny.
Just in case I encounter Barneyfags IRL or on the Internet so I can use anything Barney-related I have seen against them in hopes that I will get them to stop watching their shitty toddlers' show.

Here how it goes buddy boyo: CP content is never funny, therefore the rules forbidding CP is not broken. MLP/Barney has the potential to be funny (ie baiting someone who hates Barney so other people can laugh at them), therefore it is not forbidden.
If you actively search for Barney content, you'll see Barneyfags. It's not hard. Unless you're a closet case and you actually liked Barney, in which case it's okay for you to come out now.
