Chris intends to refile in Oklahoma. I'm assuming that Chris was advised by his lawyers that this is still possible (i.e. statue of limitations has been extended) given his comment to Nichegamer.

I don't think so. Two years ago Karissa blogged about how out of the 7 years of owning her house as a single mother, there were only six months where she could pay all of her bills without her parents chipping in. If she had the extra funds to appeal, I think she would have sought a decent lawyer instead of some Twitter joke.
