Transsexuality as a whole feels a bit like a byproduct of the rise in sex-addled degeneracy. If you look back 30 or 40 years, there were tons of men who enjoyed crossdressing and such, but they kept it private because they recognized it's a fucking fetish. I'm no pearl clutching prude, but we're beyond the point of simple sex positivity. It used to be about the destigmatization of sex as a concept, especially for women considering how many were shamed into being uncomfortable with their bodies.
