Masculinity hasn't been "attacked", though. Not really. Masculinity and masculine men are still idolized in society, etc., it's just that there has been a widening exception for more and different expressions of masculinity and ways to be a man, and more pushback against the more toxic aspects of traditional masculinity (misogyny, domestic abuse, etc). Trans ideology doesn't really have anything to do with that.

The only idolized form of masculinity nowadays is either having a masculine physique or being very ruthless. But male bravery, for example, is actively discouraged by the elite class. By male bravery I mean a man who is a loner but so obsessed with an idea/thought/principle etc. that he's even risking his life for this. I'm not sure if this is a innate feature of some men or just a feature of history where male bravery was more applauded than female bravery, there are at least enough examples of women showing a loner mentality and being very brave, even if somewhat rarer. I do think, however, there is also a female trait that has been actively (even if not consciously) surpressed.

I do agree with Baron-Cohen that male autism might be an extreme form of a masculinized brain. It's interesting to me that the idea of overanalyzing the content of a word is often attributed to women. But I do disagree, since it was mostly men who began applying critical theory to language, not women. And I do think that autistic men and women are the worst when it's about overanalyzing the meaning of a word, since they are easily overwhelmed when a word is too ambiguous or is strongly defined by pragmatism/context. Not a long ago there was a autism conference in Germany and a professor actually left the conference because he was constantly interrupted by autistic men. What was their problem? Well, he used the phrase "people with autism" instead of "autistic people" and they became very angry of this. They thought that people with autism was not accurate enough, becauuse autism is a part of their identity. Only then I learnt that there are actually many autistic people who are so preoccupied with language. Now, we also see a lot of women who are constantly arguing about what a word means or why a certain word shouldn't be used.

My "hot take" is, however, that most women in higher positions also tend to be more autistic/has more autistic traits than the average woman. And don't get me wrong, it's good that there are people who can be hyperfocused on one subject, are very conscientious and are more focused on details than the bigger picture. But I do think that there is actually an opposite of autistic traits/autism and it's not neurotypical people, but actually a hyperfeminized brain. And with a hyperfeminized brain I do not mean people who are stereotypically girly, love to socialize and show hysterical behaviour. A hyperfeminized brain would mean someone who might be worse with details, but very good at finding connections between subjects that might seem unrelated superficially and also a person who's not obsessed with one single subject, but a person who knows a lot about different things and connects them, even though this person might have less detailed knowledge about a single subject. It's also not really necessarily to call autism a form of masculinized brain and the "anti-autism" a trait of a feminized brain. What I mean, is that the hyperfocus towards details will be more common in men, whereas seeing the big picture more common among women. And all those traits will be on a spectrum from a very autistic brain to a very "anti-autistic" brain. What I assume is that women and also men who are big picture thinker are actually less likely to achieve high positions. Those people will be accused of being sloppy, untalented and illogical. In reality, those people aren't sloppy, but just don't think that paying attention to every detail is necessarily, they aren't untalented, but people who know a lot of different subjects and if they're a genius, might create something entirely new. Somebody who knows basically everything about American history might from the outside be more competent than a historian who has a more broad knowledge about world history, but might not be able to show off some trivial factoids about history. Those people might also be called illogical because they might believe in something, which the more autistic side of the spectrum will criticize until they find certain details that might contradict each other. There are some studies that show that autistic people tend to be less religious/spiritiual than non-autistic people. Furthermore women tend to be more religious/spiritual than men. Calling somebody illogical because she/he is spiritiual itself will be from the perspective of the logic bros without understanding that spirituality might be far bigger for this person than a science project and might make sense for them in the bigger picture, but not necessarily if you look at the details.

And I do think that we see this trend very well in troonerism. Those people (mostly men) will write out entire lists of spectrum to determine your "gender". If you have Klinefelter syndrom, you aren't a real man anymore, if you're infertile as a woman, you might actually be intersex! Hence for them it isn't contradictory that somebody might be socially female, but physiologically male. Even worse, they will claim that a women without ovaries or a men with an underdeveloped penis contradict biological sex, because one detail is off. On the other hand, a person who might think "big" will automatically see that this is bullshit and a women who doesn't have ovaries or a XX-man doesn't negate biological sex at all. So I do think it's interesting that it's mostly men and some elite women who actually think that a man can literally become a woman, whereas the great masses of women automatically see that this makes absolutely no sense.

Now, I'm not sure if there is really this wide spectrum and men tend to be on average more on the detail focused side and women on the bigger picture side. And most people will also not be on the extremes, but more somwhere in the middle. And to be honest, the idea just came up some weeks ago when I had to read some literature about autism at university. But if just marginally true, I do think that a lot of big picture thinkers will be disadvantaged in a more and more bureaucratized, regulated and stiff society, where big picture thinkers aren't really welcomed.

If we would see some persons as examples for this spectrum, I would classify people like Bill Gates, Elon Musk and Mozart etc. as people focused on details. On the other side of the spectrum, we would have big picutre thinkers like Hegel and Camille Paglia. Hegel tried to describe the entire history of civilizations and how the Prussian revolution was actually the end of history. He had a very broad knowledge of different cultures, everything from ancient Mediterranean civilizations like Egypt and Greece to Chinese and Indian civilizations. He tried to distill his knowledge in one progressive history and such an effort shows how he tried to concentrate on the big picture, not on small historical details or getting preoccupied by a short period of time. Camille Pagila tried something similar in Sexual Personae.

I don't necessarily disagree with all of your factors (though I think the anime watching is more of an issue than the video games), but I think you missed the single biggest one: Pornography. Trans ideology has risen roughly at the same rate at which extreme, violent pornography has become more and more easily accessible. It's a known, studied phenomenon that repeated porn use correlates with use of more and more extreme pornography as the brain gets less and less stimulus out of the same old material. Repeated porn use also correlates with the development of paraphilias, which autogynephilia is one of. The ability to access the most degrading, misogynistic torture porn you can imagine in seconds on your cellphone for free and the encouragement, particularly among liberal feminists, to watch for hours a day has contributed to any number of problems faced by modern men and boys (see: the rise in ED experienced by increasingly younger men who are addicted to porn, younger and younger male children raping their female classmates and little sisters, etc), trans ideology among them.

Oh yes, I forgot porn! Especially sissy porn might have greatly contributed to the increase of troonerism among males.

Trans ideology is based in hardcore misogyny. It is based on reducing womanhood down to misogynistic stereotypes drawn straight from pornography, the presumption that men can understand womanhood sufficiently to become one, the pervasive idea that women are merely sex objects, etc. Excessive pornography use has a lot to do with "teaching" these men those stereotypes... and then they lose sensation from that stuff and move onto, say, sissy porn, where they're taught that embodying those stereotypes will make them women. And so on.

It has definitely very strong misogynistic traits. The worst thing in my opinion is that discussing a problem like the overproportional abortion of unborn girls in countries like Armenia will actually have to compete with discussions about male computer programmers about their gender dysphoria and how evil transphobic society oppresses them.

It's honestly horrible. I haven't experienced it myself (married) but from conversations with other lesbian women, every dating app lesbians use is absolutely teeming with trans-identified men who identify themselves as "lesbians" and are seeking out lesbian women. (It's not all bad - there's a lesbian group in my town and to the best of my knowledge, it has never included any men and still exists. Probably just because it's all organized through an email list, though.)

It's really tough. These men are incredibly entitled and sexually aggressive, and they don't take rejection well. A lot of lesbians have had to go "underground" just to be able to meet up with one another without the presence of males. It's so ridiculous. And it makes it so much harder to find community and relationships than it already was - and it was already difficult due to a small population that is really spread out.

there's a lot of threads about fatties resentful that people aren't falling all over themselves to fuck them here on kiwifarms. the rise of this rhetoric was simultaneous to troonism and all this shit is rooted in queer theory. in the world these people have created - the troons, the fatties, the freaks and the gender blobs - honesty is violence and not finding them sexually desirable is bigotry and prejudice that makes you an oppressor. simply being honest about their chances of making money in a heavily-looks based industry is violence, no matter how sincerely and PROTECTIVELY it was intended. they are all in bed with each other and their end goal is exactly the same: to stop people saying NO to them (specifically, sexually) and to characterise any NO as violence. ALL these people would literally make it illegal to say no to them if they could.

This one's in a fairly decent band. To give him his due he keeps trans stuff completely out of the songs and focuses on the genre's usual lyrical content but he still makes an absolutely HIDEOUS woman.
