This is the exact sort of justice this bitch wanted. Career criminals getting a slap on the wrist, hiring mental health counselors (which isn't a bad idea all around, but you know they won't be properly dispatched to help mentally ill people and will go to crackdens or gang huts instead) to say they dindu nuffin wrong and wipe the blood- I mean tears away instead of punishing crime.
