Just spent a few minutes on that Reddit thread and Jesus Titty-Fucking Christ. These people are so sick--so damaged--so broken--that it really would be in everyone's best interest if they were just lobotomized. What a deviant, dystopian, circus of sad, deranged freaks. And apparently all this mad-scientist butchery is paid for by the state. Un fucking believable.

A lot of it is a cope, I think. How do you even deal with something like that? First the body dysmorphia or obsessive fetish, and then having your genitals flayed because everyone's told you it's the best cure for it and it's just like a real vagina etc. And then you still have the same mental illness as before, but now you also have to deal with the aftermath of the surgery. These surgeons are far more dangerous and abusive to twanz folx than any of us lot. I might call them men but I've never done that to any of them.

I assume he's incompetent as grooming himself and it rotted off. And some sort of combination of him not being able to see under his massive keg belly and trying to orgasm with his "coin slot vagina".

I'd assumed it was necrosis, which can happen very easily with amholes since the blood supply is all fucked up, especially for fatties. Aggravated since he wasn't taking care of it properly, with full body baths and violent attempts at masturbation.
