I had this topic discussed with a friend while talking about troons, and we agreed on a "standard" for passing that almost no troon ever passes.
If you dress a woman, any woman, with a standard Addidas CykaBlyat sports gear and no makeup, she still looks like a woman. Do the same with a troon and it looks like a man with long hair.
Generic sports gear really is the genderless-est clothing.

Giving general fashion advice that consists of "think about what you are trying to say!" is so incredibly emotionally stunted and immature, but that's troons I suppose.
Most people want clothes that make them look and hopefully feel good while conforming to social norms (work clothes, formal clothes, casual clothes, etc) and most fashion advice for adults will take that into account. But with Erin and pals it's all about what you want to say and absolutely nothing else, because when you're a man in a dress no one expects you to conform anyway, or even to dress with some level of appropriateness.
We have all seen those pictures of a group of women in a work setting wearing conservative outfits in muted tones because that is what you wear to get taken seriously in business environments, and then some AGP in the middle wearing a low-cut bright-coloured sundress and heels. No one holds them to the same standard because everyone knows they are not a woman.

Someone else said that they wondered if it was a troll post and troons always love to pass off the craziest output as being 'troll posts'. You are a man, the joke is always on you because people are laughing at the fact men do not get periods and cannot get pregnant. You aren't owning it, they are laughing at you even when they are humoring you. At one point you want me to believe that you are literally a woman (which I do not believe), then you start making jokes about getting your period or having an abortion. Which you do not get - because you are male. The joke is always on you because deep down I, like everyone laughing, know you are a man. I could post TWAW all day long but like everyone else, I know that you are male. The joke is always that we all know you are a man.
I always find it sad when I see these posts and then I see their wives doing the "welcome to womanhood" thing. I saw one woman wanting to make a celebration of all the "girly stuff he never got to do" to celebrate his "womanhood" and immediately thought of posts like this. The way they bitterly hate women and openly talk about it in terms of seeing an attractive woman and "having their day ruined". I saw one who even hates his female family members because he thinks they are pretty.
You don't 'forget' to wear a bra, it is a conscious decision not to wear one. But then they have always been women so they know that putting a bra on becomes a routine part of dressing from the second you start wearing a bra.
I used to wonder if it was just me who found myself in these positions with them where I could never quite find the right way of describing what I felt hearing certain things. Little moments of static where you try to process something. The skin walker is probably the best example for what I am trying to say without going into detail (for the sole reason that it just makes me uncomfortable thinking about it). The bra thing, for example, but that is a lot more tame than other things. You know it isn't right. It just creeps up on you and you have moved on with the rest of your day but there is still part of you trying to rationalize it because you know something about it is wrong. It just sits there. There is this constant push towards their 'harmlessness' that is always interspersed with comments and it has this way of being so subtle that you wonder if it just happened. They are always comments - always jokes - it is always something that can be dismissed, gaslit away. All you have to do is go on their own forums and subs and there are hundreds of comments and 'jokes' just like the ones you were around.
