Por que no los dos?I can't decide which outcome I want more: the one that generates internet/media salt, or the one that wrecks Binger's career.

puts the email "fluffer boy" into perspectiveBinger always adds so much unnecessary fluff, or should I say WORD SHIT whenever he talks. Binger this isn't a high school essay, there's no reason to add in words to get to the 1000 requirement, just spout out what you want to say and stop giving the poor court reporter a hard time.
If you're unaware that's fake, I fear for you.puts the email "fluffer boy" into perspective
That's what a lawyer on rekieta's stream said a few days ago, he called it. It's beginning to look that wayBinger has to be trying to piss off the judge so he can claim the judge was biased and that's why he lost.
2 hours and goingHow long has this 5-minute break been?
Oh no, he is absolutely playing to the insane twitter white women who want Kyle and this judge dead.I'm gonna be contrarian and point out that Binger crying foul to the judge is a show not for the judge or jury, but for the wine moms hearing about coverage after the fact.
The narrative that Judge Schroeder is biased and that will somehow impact the verdict is already gaining traction and Binger is just feeding that. He may know his case is already lost, but he's thinking about the broader context of invalidating the verdict in the public square, and salvaging his own reputation in the process.
Binger is a slimy, entitled jackass who isn't as smart as he thinks he is, but he's not as dumb as KF seems to believe either.
Really very different circumstances. Binger directly and unequivocally violated the court's order to call attention to Kyle's exercise of his 5th amendment rights--something that every 1st year law student in America knows is a huge no-no. The other order was merely a procedural agreement between counsel in itself of no constitutional significance--a matter of routine.Yeah, but is that a good idea?
The media is gonna flip no matter what and the trial shouldn't be catered to them, but doesn't doing something like that lend credence to the idea that the judge is biased?
Hearing the judge basically say "I didn't really read it before I signed it" is pretty rough, especially when he screamed at Binger yesterday for not following his orders.
Binger was playing that stupid game of putting names like MILITIA in his titles, now he's angry the defense are doing the same thing? Lmaoto get video titles and descriptions changed
That's why Binger's on the ball about this. They're all tricks he already setup, of course he'd know how to deflect them on the other side.Binger is super prepared for all this, whereas defense objected to audio like once but totally ignored all the video names (militia, grossarm helping).
