Binger is getting bitchy again. he has got slapped for it before so why does he continue it?
this is how binger acts under pressure. persumably he's never been challenged this hard as a prosecutor before and now he's starting to crack. talking down to the witnesses, defendants, the judge, even the audience sitting in court.
remember the "everyobody has a phone that does this" remark the other day.

The Bruce is Loose

BingerBinger is blowing hot air, and steadily pissing off the judge.

Is Binger whinging about unfair treatment now?

Well, get fucked, you pissed off the judge, and now you get to stew under his judgement.

Binger always adds so much unnecessary fluff, or should I say WORD SHIT whenever he talks. Binger this isn't a high school essay, there's no reason to add in words to get to the 1000 requirement, just spout out what you want to say and stop giving the poor court reporter a hard time.

Oh shit, is he telling the Judge how he should do his job!? He is talking down to both the judge and the court with a patronizing tone.

Props to the judge for not beating his ass with his gavel.

To be fair, it sounds like Binger has a point. It sounds like the judge signed a document without reading it and Binger is holding him to it; assuming I'm understanding the situation right.
As I understand, the judge isn't beholden to that document, though. It's meant to keep the prosecution and the defense in check. If the judge wants to break his own rules, he's free to.

Binger is exactly what you get with DA's who are used to poor people having to plead out on whatever bullshit charges he puts on them.

He's used to people not being able to afford good lawyers, used to the public defenders being more on his side then their client's, used to people pleading out, and used to the judges giving him leeway because he works for the state.

He's an intellectually lazy, slimy, bullshitter and shmoozer who usually gets his way in court.

Now that he's being told no, he reacts just like every other leftist and has a fucking meltdown.
