You can call Barnes whatever, but non thorough jury vetting and allowing Kyle to take the stand were exceptional moves.

While the latter worked out, the former still might fuck over Kyle.

Barnes said yesterday that the reason he left was because he disagreed with Hard R putting Kyle on the stand.

This is the vibe I picked up from him listening to the Rekeita breakdown after the hearing. Talked about him wanting to do some special jury selection because "this is not an ordinary case, people are coming in already biased". Even before this he seems rather shifty.
 
Earlier in the trial I made a joke how funny it would be if someone like Huber's dad made an attempt on Kyle's life, and somehow got the bailiff's gun and shot him.

Now I'm thinking how much more hilarious it would it be if the same happens, but Black saves Kyle by killing him with a water bottle, an evidence binder, and a twizzlers.

tbf we still don't know if it worked out. We'll know that Monday when the jury hands it's verdict, assuming Binger doesn't further Binger his case and get it thrown out.

Problem is, most jurors just say whatever they think will get them on the case--or more commonly, off the case. Now a "jury expert" can help you sort out who is who and to some extent WHY someone might "want on" (obviously key!), but generally only with respect to the dullards. Most of the "clues" are such as would be recognized by any experienced trial attorney.
 
Those limitations sounds like it would've limit other things.


Like say.
A fucking article.
Or the drone videos.
