Yes. They intend to bring in a weapons expert to prove Rittenhouse did not rack his gun. (Spoiler!) If he had racked the weapon due to a malfunction a round with the bullet still in the casing would have been found. A primary function of Armalite Rifles is pulling the charging handle physically clears the arming chamber. If the gun misfires or jams and you do this, the unfired round is released onto the ground and a new round is chambered from the magazine.

If one reads Molon Labe their is a nice section in the book that describes what happens to a political faggot that is killed for their efforts in gun control. LegalEagle does in fact have a thread. Just to add on to what everyone else has said about him, as well as being an insufferable liberal he's also an obvious grifter, running a website that offers advice for law school exams at an exorbitant price that you can easily find for free elsewhere. After listening to his testimony again and listening to the questioning today, I'm almost positive Binger's original plan for the Rittenhouse trial was to get enough of a solid case using a tampered account from DeBruin, going to Ziminski with that threat of an arson conviction and forcing him to testify at the Rittenhouse trial that Kyle pointed a gun at him first.
Pedobaum would have been some brave hero trying to save his friend Ziminski from the terrorist ZoomerShooter in this narrative.

But Binger didn't know to many high functioning autists, lying and deception is crossing a major moral line and they will completely resist someone who tries to fuck with them like that.

Same guy who said to the judge that it was common knowledge on how to enhance on apple and that it was like a magnifying glass, but also not so common that the defence had no basis in saying that using the zoom feature altered the picture, and that somewhere in there an expert should testify, but that it needed to be the defence who called the expert, not the prosecution, even though it was his exhibit.

Dr. Black should be a good witness. Binger was questioning him in a pretrial hearing (Dobair?Daubert) and he was clearly a hostile witness but did so politely and professionally.

He just needs to remind the jury that the shots that greased Rosenbaum happened in less than a second, and the encounter from him getting knocked down to walking back towards the police lines was less than 10. This all happened insanely fast. Kid was running on pure instinct and somehow didn't just spray wildly into the crowd.
