I wish there was some way to trick Melinda Scott into suing Binger & Co. for some braindead shit. She'd file IFP and just never stop, as well we know. Can we get her to believe they have a secret FB group where they are defaming her?

Just saw “Rittenhouse testifies in front of almost all white jury" on MSNBC. They’re setting an expectation that racism is why they’re losing and not because they have a retarded prosecutor bringing a case they never should’ve.

That was probably his plan and the inherent risk in having Kyle take the stand, bombard him with so much bullshit that he slips up and blurts out something like this.
https://youtube.com/watch?v=mCjBspxuUmUThankfully he clearly was coached well and didn't.
Come on...A Time to Kill WITHOUT the preceding shooting?

I mean the guy is not a nigger for killing his daughter rapists but he still shoots like one:

Racism is the magic wrench to fix all issues
>He goes free?
Racism
>He gets charged for having a gun?
Racism, he should had been charged for murder
>He gets charged for manslaughter?
Racism, he should had been charged for 1st degree murder
>He gets 30 years for murder?
Racism, he should had been euthanized
>He gets the chair
Racism, they should had tortured him in public and burn him at the stake with all his family
Remember for them is never enough and you're always racist, even if you support them with no questions asked

Última edición:
I finally got home and got a shot of bourbon to calm my nerves.

I'm rattled by the sheer remorseless evil I just witnessed. Binger knows EXACTLY what he is doing, and doesn't care.
When the trial first started, I assumed the prosecuting attorneys were probably pressured into being the ones to bring this bullshit case before a court. After a few days it became apparent that they are the kind of corrupt, sociopathic fucks that would actually volunteer to prosecute a case like this.

So I am now listening over the postmortem of Rackets' stream (don't watch him live, his panel is insufferable and I want to draw my own inferences/observations). Boy does this guy Barnes who was canned from the defence rub me the wrong way. Just something in the air about him.

All things considered, unless this guy Binger was targeting one of those lower ranked points, really didn't seem like he did a good job. Of course I lean Kyle, but just the way he carried himself, and all the other stuff of yesterday made him out to be quite unlikable. His inability to get to the point, and his insistent on constantly asking the same question in an attempt to grind Kyle down until he gave him the answer he wanted wore me out, and I can only imagine the jury is way worse off. I think he got handed a golden ticket to pull it back his way and didn't.

The joke is if the facts are on your side, pound the facts, if the law is on your side, pound the law.

If neither are on your side, pound the table. Binger has a shit case, and histrionic appeals to emotion are all he has left.

I'm not sure whether to snarkily confirm it's real or laugh that it's possible.

They were holding their breath for most of Kyle's testimony, so nothing really egregious from them today. I get sick of them yelling about objections when continuing isn't hurting the case. Disagree with counsel, but damn.

In other news my boomer parents claim Fox AND ABC are being favorable towards Kyle now? I was expecting full jihad with silence from Fox.

I wouldn't be surprised if the Kenosha County DA decided to continue the case against Rittenhouse to throw a bone to the rioters furious the officer who shot Jacob Blake wasn't charged. But Binger is absolutely willingly pursuing this out of a desire to advance his career, even if his antics tank his career as a prosecutor after this out of optics if nothing else there will be plenty of media outlets willing to give him paid airtime as a 'legal expert'.

I'm convinced Binger is campaigning for future political office. He had visions of presidency when he volunteered and now he's just desperately trying to preen for the cameras hard enough that his failure to prove guilt of anything is papered over by the media enforcers of the uniting shitlib narrative.

To prove Barnes' point about people just doubling down no matter what, just ended a conversation early with a friend who believes Kyle faked his panic attack, bought a gun illegally, broke curfew, any right he had to self defense was voided.

When pointed out to him that Kyle giving the money to his friend to buy the gun then have it in his friend's name until Kyle was 18 wasn't illegal, it wasn't* illegal for Kyle to be in possession of a long gun due to the Wisconsin statuette*, the curfew charge was dismissed today and the curfew was declared illegal by a different judge I was told Kyle's right to self defense was voided since he provoked an attack.

How did Kyle provoke an attack? By pointing his guy at yellow pants guy. Noting Kyle in fact did not point his gun at yellow pants I was told it doesn't matter he said "Yes, I did". When asked how does him saying Yes I did sarcastically to yellow pants guy provoke an attack by someone else entirely minutes later.. it doesn't matter. Him saying yes, he pointed a gun at someone even if he didn't means he voided his right to self defense.

Reasoning with these people is impossible. Tbh not sure how we can live with each other when people are this ideologically possessed.

He already ran for DA in neighboring Racine County and lost so he's not even just a political climber, he's a failed, washed up one. I think his career as a prosecutor is done after this but he has plenty of grift opportunities open to him in the liberal mediasphere.
