People bitch about the defense not objecting, but frankly, Kyle did a great job so far and the fact the defense didn't object on his behalf all the time makes him look better than if they had objected.

I don't agree with his methods but the man is doing his job. As someone who on a more blue collar level that has been assigned bullshit work where I just had to try my best, I have just the slightest inkling of sympathy. It's a tiny inkling, but I feel it.

I agree it's his job, but I have no sympathy. While I also don't think what he's doing right now is completely and absolutely evil and the sign of the devil, this wasn't a case that was forced onto him. He (and the state) decided to pursue it because they thought it'd be an easy case. No sympathy.
