If the shot through the hand actually caused the ricochet wound on the leg, then the palm had to be up like when grabbing the gun barrel (so the bullet goes actually down and in the vicinity of the thigh) and not palm towards Kyle (as if in defense).
Hopefully the defense will bring this up, but I think the coroner fucked that up at actually. I think he said palm up at one point (even though he argued it hit the pavement) and the prosecutor was motioning his hand like that as well, but then the bullet would either have hit Rosenbaum or went behind him.

Maybe someone with a YT-Account can bring it up in Rekieta's stream as well, because they didn't really pick this up as well.

NVM: They argue that the pinky wasn't showing stippling, but how tf would he grab the barrel pinky first? Defense motions like that make no sense as well.
Although the argument, that the hand was even further than the muzzle crown is extremely strong to be fair.

I ain’t even gonna name the people that I know that’s up in the Kenosha trial. But it’s cameras in there. It’s definitely cameras up in there. There’s definitely people taking pictures of the juries and everything like that.... We know what’s going on, so we need the same results, man. We need the same results.

The prosecution has given up on proving that Kyle Rittenhouse murdered Joseph Rosenbaum. They've instead decided to prove that Lee Harvey Oswald killed John F. Kennedy, and that the Magic Bullet theory is actually just correct.

So they're just not going to acknowledge the nog who could clearly be seen shooting at Kyle in the footage? That's their plan? That if they just don't acknowledge reality it isn't there?
