I will say this one redpill. I think if Kyle wins but he loses because new bs charges I hope that whites begin to start shutting down the country literally. The feds, isolate bay area and la county area water supplies and watch as they begin to change. I also hope it triggers the revolution in Minecraft of course.

I mean it was actually pretty effective to me who doesn't know much about FBI procedures. Until the defence lawyer demolished it and not only undid the small victory of the prosecution but exposed him for manipulating the poor guy. When he started rapid-firing questions like "and did you want to tell the FBI everything you knew?" it was clear he was setting him up for something.
 
Lefty will apparently be taking the stand Monday. Also Pedobaum's girlfriend.

For the girlfriend, prosecution will have to walk on eggshells surrounded by landmines not to introduce character evidence about Pedobaum, because at that point the defense can rebut that evidence. Oh he was in a mental hospital because of a suicide attempt? Oh, he beats you? Wait a second, did you know about his convictions for raping little boys?

Lefty might be interesting, and I think it'll backfire on the prosecution.

So seeing a potentially hostile person with a gun would put you in fear for your life and compel you to defend yourself with deadly force?

I think it would have to directly contradict a written statement on file somewhere. This may also be why the defense asked him about the FBI writing their own narrative or interpretation after they took down notes to help cover him there.
 
Sounds like the prosecutor is calling rosenbalms GF tomorrow? Why would you ever do something like that. They're likely going to get in that he was woman beating child molester through her.

They get to ask about his character now because their own witness already did. When she answers there's basically no answer that doesn't pull in his criminal history.

Fat army guy was even worse for him than McGuiness and there was no reason to call him as a prosecution witness. He both fucked up the prosecutors narrative. And, not just opened the door on all kinds of stuff the prosecutor doesn't want in but blew the door off the hinges.

I'd have to look it up, but I think the statement was not firsthand from Grosskreutz. I think it was a friend of Grosskreutz claiming that Grosskreutz had said that.
 
I guess it doesn't go to Kyle's state of mind because he couldn't read Grosskreutz's mind, but he certainly could interpret his threatening actions with the pistol.

But I really do want the jury to hear it.

I looked it up too and @TheClappening is right - it was the friend who claimed he said it.
