Femboys are transvestites. Transvestites get off from fully crossdressing and imitating women. There's nothing really gender nonconforming about that. Nearly all of them present as stereotypically masculine blokes in their everyday lives. Not saying a transvestite can't be gender nonconforming in his daily presentation. Most just don't have the urge to. What feminine characteristics they do retain in their daily look (e.g., hairless, feminine eyebrows, longer hair, etc.) are typically just a byproduct of their transvestism.
