Sadly a lot of them are illiterate about the history of worker's rights and strike movements and don't understand what the point of a strike is.

If it makes anyone feel better though there are also a lot of people more than happy to put up with inconviences because they sympathize with the employees. Some of them suspect the reason Southwest is blaming "weather" is because they don't need to give refunds if its "weather" and not crews walking off the job.
