Is he using a filter in the first picture? He looks far better looking in the left pic than the right pic. Right pic he looks like an old man. Those 6 weeks look like they aged him by 20 years.
And I'll charge him with Assault and make him pay hospital bills which will bankrupt him because we live in the United States. To be fair, did the wife really just up and find out she was a "lesbian" 5 years into a marriage in the 21st century? If they were like, 60+ years old, I'd understand if she were pressured into marriage, but she married a man at 19 and had his kids.
