Whats the cheat code to defeating the final boss in Niggerman 2?

I’ve tried every combination of buttons but I can’t defeat the boss.

Not sure about console but in the PC edition all you have to do is press start and pause the game and while holding down Ctrl + Alt and then press 9, 1, 1 in that order. When you unpause the game, cops will show up and kneel on the final boss's neck before shooting him.

He starts off slow and at max strength, but be careful because once you get his health down to three fifths he compromises and becomes much faster but less strong overall.
